I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is absolutely stunning, right by the beach with breathtaking views. However, the check-in process was unbearably slow, and some staff members were quite rude. The rooms were clean and cozy, but they definitely need better maintenance. Overall, it's a beautiful place, but service really needs improvement.
